To secure your reservation, a deposit equivalent to 40% or 50% of your total stay is required. It's important to mention that payments and reservations cannot be transferred to another party or date. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures. As the guest, you are responsible for all nights you have booked. Be aware that our cancellation policy does not permit refunds for cancellations arising from unexpected or unforeseen events, including those related to weather forecasts. This policy is in place to provide fair and consistent terms for all our valued guests.
Reservations will be held until 6:00 p.m. unless we receive notification from you. All rates are subject to New Jersey sales tax and occupancy taxes. The remaining balance of your reservation is expected upon registration, and please note that personal checks will not be accepted upon arrival.
For room or apartment rentals, the minimum check-in age is 25. Misrepresenting your age may result in forfeiture of your deposit upon check-in.
Ala Moana's facilities and services are exclusively for registered customers. Therefore, unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted on the motel properties.
We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed.
