The Coconut House consists of one unit on the 1st floor and one on the second floor. The BBQ and outside shower are shared facilities by the two units. Each unit has its private picnic table. The First-floor unit has one parking spot, and 2nd Floor has two designated parking spots.

The Coconut 2nd-floor apartment features three bedrooms; the first has two double beds, the second has one queen bed, and the third has one double bed. The apartment also includes a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and tub and the second with a standing shower.

 You first enter the common area and one of the bedrooms is on your left. The other bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment which are side by side separated by private doors. The sitting area and dining table are in the family room. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped for a family of 8, with ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a stacked washer and dryer.

During the peak season, we required a 7-night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

The Coconut House 2nd has a maximum occupancy of 9 people (including adults, children, toddlers, and infants). 

Please note that an additional charge will apply for the 7th, 8th, and 9th person. Price includes up to 6 guests. An extra cost will applied per person of $20/night.

To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Please be aware that payments and reservations are non-transferable, and guests are responsible for the full duration of their stay. Reservations will be held until 7:00 PM unless otherwise notified. Cancellations or early departures will not be eligible for refunds. All rates are subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Tourism Taxes. The remaining balance is due upon registration, and personal checks are not accepted. Providing false information will result in a canceled reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
