The Deluxe Condo apartments have two units, one on the second and one on the third floor.  Both units have access to the BBQ area. There is also private parking available for two vehicles per unit. Additionally, there is no elevator access to the condo’s second and third floors.

This spacious four-room apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with two double beds, one queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and living room, a dining room, and a newly renovated bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

You enter through the kitchen and living area first. The dining room is separate and has a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms are in the front, side by side. The bedroom with two double beds has a sliding glass door leading to a private balcony. The balcony has a picnic table and chairs for four people.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a family of eight, featuring ceramic flooring, granite countertops, a large stainless steel refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

During the peak season, we require a 7-night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

The Condo 3rd Floor has a maximum occupancy of 8 people (including adults, children, toddlers, and infants). 

Please note that an additional charge will apply for the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th person. The price includes up to 4 guests . Extra cost per person is $20/night.

To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Please be aware that payments and reservations are non-transferable, and guests are responsible for the full duration of their stay. Reservations will be held until 7:00 PM unless otherwise notified. Cancellations or early departures will not be eligible for refunds. All rates are subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Tourism Taxes. The remaining balance is due upon registration, and personal checks are not accepted. Providing false information will result in a canceled reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
