The Coconut House consists of two apartments, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The BBQ and the outside shower are for both units. Each unit has a picnic table. The first-floor apartment has one parking space, and the second-floor apartment has two.
The Coconut first floor, a four-room apartment features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with one double bed, a sitting area with one queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, and one bathroom with a shower and tub.
First, you enter the kitchen. The family room has a sitting area, dining table, and a sliding glass door leading into the outside sitting. It has two bedrooms side-by-side separated by a door. The family room and kitchen have ceramic floors.
Our new kitchen is fully equipped for a family of six, featuring granite countertops, a full-sized stainless steel refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave.
During the peak season, we require a 7-night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
The Coconut House 1st Floor has a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including adults, children, toddlers, and infants).
Please note that an additional charge will apply for the 5th and 6th person. The price includes up to 4 guests. An extra cost will applied per person, $20/night.

To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Please be aware that payments and reservations are non-transferable, and guests are responsible for the full duration of their stay. Reservations will be held until 7:00 PM unless otherwise notified. Cancellations or early departures will not be eligible for refunds. All rates are subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Tourism Taxes. The remaining balance is due upon registration, and personal checks are not accepted. Providing false information will result in a canceled reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
