The Beach house apartments include four units, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. All four apartments have access to shared facilities, including a washer and dryer, a shared grill, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, each unit has its private picnic table. The first-floor unit includes one designated parking spot, while the second-floor unit includes two parking spots.
The Beach House 2nd-floor apartment features 1 1/2 floors, with a total of two bedrooms, including one with two double beds and another with one queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a shower and tub and the other with a stand-up shower, and two balconies.
The family room is in the front; it consists of a sitting, dining, and kitchen area in one spacious room. The first bathroom is located in the middle, and the first bedroom is at the back, accessible through a door and featuring a sliding glass door that leads to the private balcony.
The second bathroom and the bedroom with 2 double beds are on the second floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a family of 8, with granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The balcony with the private picnic table has a view of the courtyard.
During the peak season, we require a 7-night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
The Beach House 2nd Floor has a maximum occupancy of 8 people (including adults, children, toddlers, and infants).
Please note that an additional charge will apply for the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th person. The price includes up to 4 guests . Extra cost per person is $20/night.
The Beach house apartment consists of two units on the 1st floor and two units on the second floor. The washer, dryer, courtyard, BBQ, and outside shower are shared by the 4 units. Each unit has there private picnic table. Each First-floor units have one parking spot, and the 2nd Floor units have two designated parking spots each.

You enter the family room first, what is consisting of a sitting, dining, and kitchen area in one spacious room. The bathroom is in the middle and the bedroom is in the back separated by a private door. The kitchen is fully equipped for a family of 6, with a ceramic floor, granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
During the peak season, we require a 7 Nights Minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
Maximum occupancy of 6 people (including babies). Please note there is an additional charge for the 5th and 6th person.

To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Please be aware that payments and reservations are non-transferable, and guests are responsible for the full duration of their stay. Reservations will be held until 7:00 PM unless otherwise notified. Cancellations or early departures will not be eligible for refunds. All rates are subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Tourism Taxes. The remaining balance is due upon registration, and personal checks are not accepted. Providing false information will result in a canceled reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
