The Beach house apartments include four units, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. All four apartments share a washer and dryer, a shared grill, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, each unit has its private picnic table. The first-floor unit includes one designated parking spot, while the second-floor unit includes two parking spots.
The Beach House 1st-floor apartment features one bedroom with two double beds, one queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom with a shower and tub. The family room is a sitting, dining, and kitchen area is one spacious room. You enter the family room first.
During the peak season, we require a 7-night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
The Beach House 1st Floor has a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including adults, children, toddlers, and infants).
Please note that an additional charge will apply for the 5th and 6th person. The price includes up to 4 guests. An extra cost will applied per person, $20/night.

To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Please be aware that payments and reservations are non-transferable, and guests are responsible for the full duration of their stay. Reservations will be held until 7:00 PM unless otherwise notified. Cancellations or early departures will not be eligible for refunds. All rates are subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Tourism Taxes. The remaining balance is due upon registration, and personal checks are not accepted. Providing false information will result in a canceled reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
