This cozy, quiet cottage features two small bedrooms, one double bed in each bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and a bathroom fully tiled with a shower and tub. The private courtyard has a picnic table and a BBQ. One free off-street parking is assigned.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a family of 4. You enter the sitting area and kitchen first, the two small bedrooms are side by side separated by a door. The apartment has ceramic tile floors, a brand new kitchen with granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, oven, and microwave.
During the peak season, we required a 7 Night Minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
The Quiet Cottage has a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including adults, children, toddlers, and infants). Please note that an additional charge will apply for the 5th and 6th person. The price includes up to 4 guests. An extra cost will applied per person, $20/night.

Just a reminder...
To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Please be aware that payments and reservations are non-transferable, and guests are responsible for the full duration of their stay. Reservations will be held until 7:00 PM unless otherwise notified. Cancellations or early departures will not be eligible for refunds. All rates are subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Tourism Taxes. The remaining balance is due upon registration, and personal checks are not accepted. Providing false information will result in a canceled reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
